What are the delivery costs?

For orders within France:
Colissimo : 4,90 euros
Point relais: 3 euros
For orders outside France: Delivery costs vary depending on the country and the item ordered
NB: At the time of purchase, the customer agrees to pay all duties and taxes that will be claimed by customs. If you decide to refuse this payment the package will be returned to us. All costs related to this return will be deducted from the refund of the item.

What is your return policy?

The buyer has a period of 15 days (from receipt of the package) to return the order as follows:

  1. Just click here (link to the contact form) and tell us your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will send you an email with detailed instructions and the postal address to return your product
  3. Once the package is received, our team checks that the bag has not been worn or damaged. The refund is then made within 7 working days.

NB: Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense

We deliver in France and Corsica
We deliver throughout the EU, Switzerland and the UK
We deliver to North America (USA and Canada)
In Asia we only deliver to Japan and South Korea

Products

A product is "Out of Stock" when will the item be back in stock?

If your favourite item is "Out of stock" we invite you to enter your email address in the alert box next to the product sheet. As soon as your item is back in stock an email will be sent to you.

Do you have a sale?

Our items are priced as fairly as possible, so we do not have sales. However, once a year and in order to clear the rest of our stock, we may offer discounts (-20% maximum) for one week to 10 days.
Several times a year we also offer free delivery in France.

Maintenance

How should I care for my raffia items?

Never carry your raffia basket in rainy or wet weather. Moisture can permanently damage the raffia!
When you are not wearing your basket or using your raffia products, we advise you to store them in a natural fabric bag (the one offered with your orders) and to keep this bag away from light and humidity.
If you see small strands of raffia sticking out of your basket, don't panic! This means that a short raffia fibre has crept into the production of your item. Simply take a nail clipper and cut the fibre at the root.
